ISOFIX-compatible child restraints are child car seats that can have ISOFIX anchorage systems that can connect directly to your car at attachment points. They’re available in Australia as an alternative to the traditional (seatbelt installation) range of child restraints.

ISOFIX-compatible child restraints are independently tested for crash protection and ease of use through the Child Restraint Evaluation Program (CREP).
